I have been in the emergency plumbing and drain cleaning service industry for the past 13 yrs. I started in one of your everyday typical rooter service companies and quickly began to realize that I loved working with people. I also realized that I was not too fond of the way the big corporations treated and micromanaged employees as well as viewed clients as nothing more than potential dollar signs. This allowed me to absorb as much as I needed on the technical side in order to start up my very own business. It took 8 long years to acquire the skills and resources needed to fully service and provide the best solutions for my customers.
