Prior to moving to Indiana, Mike was a partner in private law firms and both Corporate Counsel and General Counsel for a Professional Employer Organization with a national presence. He has experience assisting employers with policy and compliance issues in a multi-state environment. Mike has also had the privilege of working and collaborating with some of the country’s finest attorneys and accountants when representing clients and their transactions. Mike limits his practice to representing businesses, executives and professionals, which includes representation before administrative bodies and in federal and state courts.
