We truly have a caring team environment with over half of our caregivers being employees for over five years.

Unlike some agencies, we do not trust the cheaper practice of placing independent contractors. Each member of our caring team is an employee of Adultcare Assistance. With employees, we can hold our team accountable for maintaining Adultcare Assistance high standards. Additionally, we assume all employer related costs and do not allow these costs to become our clients’ responsibility.
