“One of my greatest pleasures is to see the bright shining face of one of our young patients who has just discovered the joy of reading, or has just received their first ‘Great Job!’ on a piece of homework – or maybe for the first time in their young life has had the pleasure of Mom or Dad sincerely saying: ‘I’m proud of you’!”
