Dentistry Wilson

1623 Wilson Avenue,Ontario,
M3L 1A5,Canada

Our recently renovated facility offers state of the art equipment to insure that we deliver gentle dental care in a safe and clean environment. While we prepare the treatment room, our staff will offer you a beverage as you relax and watch a current movie. As well, each room is equipped with monitors so you can watch internet based shows, a film or listen to music while you have your treatment done. Afterwards, a moist towelette is available to freshen up before you leave the office. As you can see, our ultimate goal is to make each visit as stress free as possible. Feel free to call us for information and/or to book an appointment at 416 244 5544 or contact us at info@dentistryonwilson.com Although we have offered many different kinds of sedation over the years to make even the most tense patient relaxed through any dental procedure, our office is now officially the home of North York Sleep Dentistry — a full service sedation facility run by a board certified dental anaesthesiologist to meet virtually all of your dental needs. Don't wait until you are in great discomfort and we can't accommodate you during an emergency situation. Whether we are using a mild sedative like nitrous oxide (laughing gas) or let you sleep through the entire procedure, our goal is to insure that you have a visit that is free of stress, anxiety and discomfort. Regardless of the type of sedation, the comfort and safety of our patient is a priority! All methods are safe and implemented by a dentist and/or our board certified anaesthesiologist, Dr. Jon Lok. We exercise extreme care in deciding who is an appropriate candidate for in-office dentistry performed under sedation. This necessitates that all patients have a current medical examination, review of all medications and thorough questionnaire and exam by Dr. Lok. Having a bright, healthy smile in our society has always made people more confident, happy and approachable. Because of this, we employ the most current techniques and materials to help you achieve this level of comfort. If you wear a partial denture or are considering filling the gaps in your mouth where teeth have been extracted, a bridge is a good option in very specific cases. A bridge is merely a number of crowns that are fixed together with a prosthetic (false) tooth placed in the space to replace one or more teeth. Because it is cemented on, it is not removable and eliminates the need for partial dentures.
