Electrical Testing and Electrical Maintenance Specialists NPM Services, Inc, a Kentucky corporation, was started in the Summer of 2003. During its’ first year, NPM Services was intended to be an exclusive predictive maintenance company. NPM Services began providing its’ customers full-service electrical testing and electrical maintenance services like circuit breaker, transformer, switchgear, and cable testing.
