PI.Dubai was co-founded by the creators of The Pizza Guys, Amber Haque and Rami Badawi, with a mission to create an original and authentic take on traditional Neapolitan pizza in the heart of Dubai. While we stay true to classical Italian cooking and traditions, we carefully enhance our menu with subtle influences from regional cuisines. Not for the sake of being different, but because it makes sense. We still believe there should be no compromise on what you eat. Which is why we ferment our dough for two days and use only sustainable seafood, hormone-free meats, and fresh produce.
