Founder of The Way of Meditation, Chad Foreman, is a former Buddhist monk who spent 6 years in a meditation hut in a Buddhist monastery, practicing Tibetan Buddhism. Chad is a qualified Australian meditation teacher, and has been teaching since 2002.
