At some firms, you pay to work with an attorney throughout the process, but your paperwork is completed by an assistant, or you meet with a paralegal to discuss your situation, and you never actually talk to the attorney who is “working” on your case. That is NEVER the experience you will have at my firm. I am the one who gathers information from you, prepares necessary paperwork and attends hearings with you — including the bankruptcy meeting of creditors.
