Last, we provide services for garbage chute cleaning, we have the tools to take out the dirt and grime that accumulates from infrequent cleaning of the chute doors and handles. We brush down the chute after power washing the walls. We use a citrus based cleaner leaving the entire system smelling clean and degreased. After this, we look for any parts of the mechanicals that need attention and we always make recommendations on items that may not pass city inspections.

Restoration water damage is also a focus for us, we understand that homes get destroyed from water and that timing is extremely critical. We rush to pump out water from basements and get working on minimizing the impact as much as possible.
