Culturally Connected Communications (C3) is a minority-owned diversity marketing, communications, and public relations firm located in Little Rock, Arkansas. C3 was founded in 2014 by Pam Jones, a former vice-president of public relations and account services for CJRW, one of the largest marketing and advertising agencies in Arkansas. Since launching in November 2014, C3 has successfully implemented statewide educational campaigns that resonate with both general marketing and diverse audiences. C3 has partnered with Arkansas-based marketing firms to educate and inform Arkansans about the Health Insurance Marketplace and Arkansas Private Option Enrollment, provided strategic guidance and support for the Statewide Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program’s Stamp Out Smoking campaign and implemented media relations programs for Arkansas Parks and Tourism. C3 developed the rebrand and promotional materials for the city of Little Rock’s West Central Sports Complex campaign launch and provided services to promote the 2015 Dunbar Community Festival. Also, C3 has worked with Arkansas-based companies to help with community outreach engagement and grassroots programs.

An award-winning public relations and marketing veteran, Pam is a visionary entrepreneur and expert in the field of communications. With more than 20 years in the business, she is the founder of Culturally Connected Communications, one of the Arkansas newest diversity and multicultural integrated marketing and communications firms. Pam is an innovative, strategic thought leader, her depth of communications experience includes the agency, nonprofit and corporate sectors. Her diverse experience enables her to bring clients a creative, results-oriented and integrated approach that fully taps into the marketing mix. Pam was formerly director of the Pine Bluff Convention and Visitors Bureau and was named to Arkansas Business’ “Top 40 Under 40” list.

Diamond is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of multicultural marketing and communications initiatives. She holds a degree in marketing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and sits on the advisory council for the university’s College of Business. She is also a member of the Arkansas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the Little Rock Chapter of Rotaract and the Arkansas Association of Black Professionals. Diamond brings a skill set that includes social media management, media relations, strategic development and event planning.

Vivian is responsible for grassroots, earned media and community outreach efforts targeted to the Hispanic community. She studied at Cossatot Community College and obtained an Associate Degree in Arts and Arkansas Tech University and received a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration. She previously worked as an AE for Advantage Communications, Inc. in Little Rock, where she focused on the Latino consumer segment and developed campaigns and programs that effectively marketed to Arkansas’ Hispanic community. Vivian was previously appointed by Gov. Mike Beebe to the Coordination Council of Alcohol and Drug and is a current member of the Democratic Hispanic Caucus, the League of United Latin American Citizens and was named to El Latino’s Who’s Who in 2011.

A 2016 magna cum laude graduate from Henderson State University, Jordan is adept in various design programs across Adobe and Microsoft Office suites. During his time at Henderson he was named to the Dean’s List and was recognized as the Outstanding Sophomore Art Major in 2014 and Outstanding Senior Art Major in 2016. His work experience includes assistant for the Digital Studio at HSU, Graphic Designer for the HSU Oracle Newspaper and Assistant for the Digital Art & Design Instructor at HSU. Jordan also represented HSU at the CMA Convention in 2015 and 2016. After a brief stint as an CJRW intern, Jordan joined C3 in August 2016.
